Prevention Education Services

The Rape and Abuse Crisis Center’s Prevention Education Department provides education and training on abuse prevention to schools, businesses / agencies, medical / service providers, law enforcement, and the general population. In addition to education, the Prevention Education staff coordinates community groups whose focus is to develop community-level, comprehensive strategies intended to prevent interpersonal and sexual violence.

Educational Presentations

As the primary agency working with sexual assault, domestic violence and child sexual abuse issues in the Fargo-Moorhead metro area, the Rape and Abuse Crisis Center offers a variety of educational programs that promote healthy relationships and decrease domestic violence, sexual violence and child sexual abuse in the community.

Each year, we provide numerous presentations to community groups, schools, universities, church organizations, service clubs, businesses and community organizations regarding the impact of violence.
