Chelsea became part of the RACC team in April 2024, bringing with her a strong background in education and advocacy. She holds a Master of Education from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies from Minnesota State University Moorhead. Driven by a lifelong passion for helping others, Chelsea is committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of those she serves. Outside of work, she enjoys getting lost in a good book, spending quality time with her loved ones, and exploring the outdoors on walks with her dog.
