Andrea Lang, MS
Director of Organizational Advancement
Andrea Lang, MS, joined Rape and Abuse Crisis Center as the Director of Organizational Advancement in March 2021. As a student at North Dakota State University, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in child development and family science, Master of Science degree in human development and family science, and graduate certificate in gerontology. Andrea has worked in the non-profit sector since 2004.
Her previous roles include research assistant, project coordinator, family group facilitator, and volunteer manager. Throughout her career, she has taken a special interest in grant writing, program development and implementation, and data collection. Using these skills, Andrea has helped local non-profits secure public and private funding to expand existing programs and launch new initiatives that support the service needs of special populations.
She lives in Fargo and loves music, attending concerts, and making new memories with friends and family.
