Supportive Services Supervisor
Tina DeLaCruz, SHRM-SCP, joined the Rape and Abuse Crisis Center as the support services supervisor in August 2018. Tina holds a Bachelor of Arts in business from Concordia College, Moorhead, with a minor in psychology and an Associate of Applied Science degree in human resource management from M State, Moorhead. She has also completed coursework towards a graduate degree in human resource development through Villanova University. Tina has 15 years of experience in human resources and is skilled in benefits administration, policy administration, HR management, employee training and development, crisis management, and crisis intervention. Prior to joining RACC, she worked in administration in outpatient mental health clinics and in corporate human resources. Tina is very involved in community and philanthropy with organizations such as the March of Dimes, the American Diabetes Association, and the Arthritis Foundation as well as several other organizations focused on women, children and marginalized populations. She is the mother of two daughters and lives in Fargo.
