The Rape and Abuse Crisis Center provides crisis intervention, advocacy, counseling and education to victims of domestic and sexual violence and prevention programming to the community. To enhance these essential services, RACC has the following opportunities available:


 Grants Coordinator (Full time)


The Grants Coordinator will coordinate the submission of grant applications and reports in order to strengthen and support the economic engine of the organization. This position will research, write and prepare for submission competitive proposals to federal and state departments, foundations and corporation to underwrite the mission.

This position will also coordinate internal and external details of grant accountability including completing grant reports and preparing for final submission to funders.


A Bachelor’s degree in communications, nonprofit management, journalism or related field is required and two years of related work experience is preferred.

Clinical Supervisor (Full Time)


The clinical supervisor will ensure that victims of sexual abuse and domestic violence receive crisis intervention and support or counseling services from qualified professionals reflecting the strategic direction and mission of the organization.  Responsibilities include program coordination, counseling and advocacy, management and supervision, community relations, leadership and supervision.  Experience working with vulnerable populations, ability to work independently, engage with multi-disciplinary teams and provide community presentations is necessary.  This position requires an understanding of dynamics related to human trafficking, domestic violence and sexual abuse.

A Master’s degree in social work, counseling or related field with a current state licensure, minimum of five years of clinical counseling experience and a minimum of two years of clinical supervisory experience are required.   Licensures may include LPCC, LMFT, LICSW.
